ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST - Requires bookkeeping, organization, communication, and computer skills. Must be detail oriented. Prior accounts payable experience and Associate’s degree preferred. Full-time position with excellent benefits.

COOK/BAKER – Responsibilities include preparing and serving lunch menu items for the hot food table, bakery items, and helping to prepare breakfast entrée specials for Area 27 Café during the school year. Cooking experience is preferred. Part-time, 32 hours per week Monday through Thursday, with the option to work for Plant Operations an additional 8 hours on Fridays during the school year and 40 hours per week during semester breaks and in the summer. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This position begins January 11, 2018.

ACADEMIC ADVISOR – at the Moberly campus requiring excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Bachelors' degree required. Full-time position, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Some weekend work may be required during the start of each semester. Excellent benefits.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS - Requires ability to work well with media and community. Responsible for college-wide marketing and public relations.  Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in journalism or marketing preferred. FINANCIAL AID SPECIALIST – at the MACC-Columbia Higher Education Center.  Duties include advising students and reviewing applications for federal and state financial aid, including Veterans benefits. Must work well with the public, have organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent computer skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and good problem-solving skills.   Student financial aid experience preferred, but will train. Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Full-time with excellent benefits.

COORDINATOR OF PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM - at the Columbia Area Career Center, Columbia, Missouri. Qualifications: BSN, 3 years of current clinical experience in adult nursing, current undisciplined Missouri license as a Registered Nurse. Teaching experience preferred. Responsible for program supervision, instruction, and clinical rotations in a one-year PN Program. This is a full-time 12 month position with excellent benefits. ADA SERVICES ASSISTANT - at the MACC-Columbia Higher Education Center. The Office of Access and ADA Services provides assistance and services for MACC students with disabilities at all campuses. The primary task of the ADA Services Assistant will be providing direct services to students, assisting them with testing and other accommodation needs in order to access course work. The ADA Services Assistant will also keep detailed records and perform clerical duties. Requires minimum of Associate’s Degree, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, MS Office and Internet skills. This is a part-time, hourly position (24 hours each week) working primarily afternoons and evenings. Some Saturday hours may be required.

PART-TIME CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR - Maternal Child clinical instructor position available in the Accelerated Associate Degree Nursing Program in Kirksville, Missouri. Requires a B.S.N. and 3 years of recent clinical experience, teaching experience preferred. Missouri RN license required. This position would be during the months of March and April and will involve the clinical instruction of students in the maternal and pediatric area at Northeast Regional Medical Center.
